Me: Do you have a specification document for the barcodes on the T DISCS?
Customer Service: We have received your e-mail, however we are unsure of your request. Please resubmit your request with additional details and we will be happy to assist you.
Me: Every T DISC has a barcode on the top of it. This barcode instructs the coffee machine how to brew the particular type of coffee (how hot the water should be, how much water, etc...) I'd like to know how these barcodes work to control the coffee machine. Maybe I should be talking to someone in a product engineering department?
